  • Consultation fees and medicine charges are as communicated at the time of service.
  • Payment methods accepted will be specified during booking (e.g. UPI, bank transfer, cash at clinic).
  • Refunds for consultations are generally not provided once a consultation has been completed. Prepaid appointments cancelled with reasonable notice may be rescheduled at our discretion.
  • Medicine orders, once prepared and dispatched, are typically non-refundable unless there is a verified error on our part or damage in transit attributable to our handling.
  • International courier costs, customs duties, and import taxes (if any) are the patient's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
